Our Process
Why Rapid Rebuild?
Because the usual way of building a custom home is broken — and we built a better one.
The usual way is broken
How most custom homes get built
— You hire an architect and share your budget.
— The plans come back beautiful.
— Then they’re priced, and they come in over budget.
— Back to the drawing board. Months pass, money is spent, and nothing is built.
How we do it
✓ Every home design we offer is already engineered, so its cost is known before you fall in love with it.
✓ You tell us your budget, your lot and how you want to live. We show you the designs that fit.
✓ You tailor the one you choose — more or fewer upgrades to match what you want to spend.
✓ You never start from scratch, and you don’t pay to redesign a house that was never going to fit.
The hurricanes didn’t break the building process. They showed us how broken it already was. We built this system under pressure, rebuilding homes for families who couldn’t wait, and it’s simply a better way to build a home on the coast — storm or no storm.

Rapid Rebuild vs. a traditional custom build
| Compared on | Rapid Rebuild Homes | Traditional custom build |
|---|---|---|
| Where design starts | A home design that’s already engineered | A blank page |
| When you know the price | In a written proposal before you commit | Often after the plans are drawn |
| Where the home is built | Indoors, out of the weather | Outdoors, on site |
| Foundation and home | Built at the same time | One after the other |
| Typical timeline | 6 to 10 months end-to-end | 15 to 24 months for a comparable coastal build |
| Who coordinates | One team, one point of contact | Often you, between separate trades |
Are we the right fit?
We’re a great fit if you want…
✓ A builder you can trust to tell you the truth
✓ A clear price before you commit
✓ A proven design you can make your own
✓ One team from start to finish
We may not be the right fit if…
— Your top priority is a specific building method (like block or steel framing)
— You want to manage the build yourself
— The lowest possible price matters more than anything else
If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you — and point you to someone who is.

“If you wish to work with a true professional in the building and construction field, look no further than Jordan Bull of The Partners Contracting Group, Inc.! From our first consultation with Jordan we felt the utmost of confidence in his knowledge of the Tampa Bay home construction market in addition to knowing how to manage the ins and outs of re-building our home in a coastal area. Jordan proactively maintains contact with us and provides valuable updates that will ensure a cost effective and timely outcome. We highly recommend Jordan Bull and his team at The Partners Contracting Group, Inc. to anyone planning to build a structurally solid and esthetically beautiful home in coastal Tampa Bay.”

“Jordan provides people with new homes that are hurricane resistant, built high according to FEMA rules and the houses are really nice. … I found him honest, thorough, and he’s helped some in my community repair after Helene.”

“Very knowledgeable and Jordan knows his field very well. I got very simple solutions to something I felt complex. I can always tell after a few minutes, if I would listen to advice being given. I really appreciated the good communication!!!”
